Earlier today my friend told me that I looked tired and I was. Eventhough sometimes it feels this trianing is sucking the life out of me, I'm glad that I'm sticking with it because I believe that this is something I really need. After this training I plan on continuing my work outs two times a day. Of course my first workout want be so early, but yeah.

Today was a long two hour day. Yes I am hurting, the good news is I'm starting to get use to the pain. I guess. Ok, so I'm in my math class right now and I set down really quick so that noone would notice I was in a large amount oof pain. Two seconds later I heard my thighs screaming TOO FAST YOU CRAP HEAD!!!!! I am sore as crap. When I walked up the steps, I had to lean on the crapping rail. I am so out of shape. But that will change in a couple of weeks.

Hello everyone, my name is Odessa Lewis and I am the biggest loser. Today was our first workout. They worked the crap out of us. I thought I was going to go in there and workout a little and leave. I played basketball for five years in high school and I had a male coach. I thought he worked us hard. Those dudes weren't joking at all.
